Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert, is featured on CNN and HLN's numerous platforms. She is also the co-executive and on-camera producer for an DIY NETWORK television special titled LAST HOUSE RUNNING that premiered in March of 2012. Her first book EXTREME weather published Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. When she was in Boston Schneider also contributed reports on lifestyle and entertainment as a special assignment reporter three days a week. Before joining WB56, she was the weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV which is located in Miami. She worked in several reporting and meteorology positions at News 12 Long Island - an all-day news cable channel - and WXII-TV - the NBC affiliate station in Winston-Salem. Additionally, she was employed by an affiliate of the CBS Network located in New York City as a frequent fill-in meteorologist on the The Saturday Early Show.
